The Scioto County Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security is responsible to protect our community by coordinating and integrating all actives necessary to build, sustain, and improve the capability to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from threatened or actual natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters.

February 7, 2024 -  Scioto County Emergency Management will host a National Weather Service Basic Weather Spotter class on Monday March 18, 2024, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at Valley Township Fire Department, 583 Robert Lucas Road, Lucasville 45648. 

The course is FREE but Pre-registration is required.
